Building a Framework - POA

A brainstorming session to transfer all your ideas into an effective renovation tool. This is perfect for you if you have a tonne of ideas and concepts but want to narrow them down and have them in one place. You’ll not only gain an insight into the renovation process as a whole, but you’ll have a comprehensive document to use as a renovation reference to keep you on track and help you clearly communicate your ideas.

Home Run – POA – interior design, sourcing and selection package for your entire project

Each package includes behind the scenes action (paperwork, follow up and documentation reflecting decisions made)

Each package includes general design advice and guidance to support any of your own selections

Specification documentation, mood boards and samples are included where applicable

• Materials & finishes – sourcing & specification (tiles, carpet, timber, joinery etc)

• Tile shopping experience – visit a wholesale tile supplier showroom/warehouse – sourcing, selection & specification of all tile details (tile laying preferences, grout colours, samples)

• Bathroom fixtures & fittings – sourcing & selection of tap ware and bathroom ware

• Kitchen + pantry design – layout of the area, selection of joinery colours, materials & finishes + specification documentation

• Custom joinery design – selection of colours, materials & finishes + specification documentation (wardrobes, TV units, study fit outs, storage cabinetry)

• Feature lighting – sourcing & selection

• Furniture – sourcing & selection + curation of a personalised shopping list

• Feature furnishings – sourcing & selection + curation of a personalised shopping list (rugs, artwork, feature lighting etc)

• Shopping expedition – get interior design advice and guidance on the spot (number of showrooms per booking is dependent on showroom locations and travel time between them)
